Over the years, I have built a strong professional background in a multinational corporate environment where I specialized in data analysis, strategy development and team leadership aimed at achieving high-impact business results.
My career has always been guided by a deep interest in the mechanisms of human behavior, cultural transformation and systemic change a perspective that I bring today to the field of Istitutional transformation.
Currently, I am focusing on Artificial Intelligence as a natural extension of my academic and professional Journay, particularly in its role as a driver of organizational and cultural change.
