EY’s role in CATALISI
In the CATALISI project, EY is the lead beneficiary of Work Package 3 Design, Coaching and Sustainability and leader of the following tasks:

EY team:

Suhida Dermani is a Consultant at EY, where she provides consulting services to national and international institutions, guiding the successful implementation of projects. Her responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, designing learning and development programs, and contributing to projects like CATALISI, and other EU-funded initiatives supporting institutional transformation in Higher Education Institutions, skills development and human resources. Suhida holds a Master of Arts in Career Development Psychology and a Master of Science in Development and International Cooperation Sciences, underpinning her expertise in both human capital development and international project dynamics.
Matteo di Rosa is a Manager at EY in Rome, and project manager for EY CATALISI team. Matteo di Rosa supports Public Administration in developing the National Recovery and Resilience Plan through digital transformation processes, while also assisting Higher Education Institutions and Research Centres. Prior to this, he spent over 11 years as the Head of the training programme at APRE – Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea, building training plans and schedules for all types of training requests.


Sara Cervellini is a senior consultant at EY where she holds experience counseling for international stakeholders such as the European Commission using her expertise in policy analysis and event organization. Her most recent contribution includes counseling for the institutional transformation project under the Horizon Europe programme since October 2023. Notably, Sara was a selected participant in the Global Youth Leaders Program in 2024, contributing to G7 policy proposals, complementing her scope of expertise in international institutions. Sara also holds a Master’s Degree in Development and International Cooperation from Università La Sapienza.
Benedetta Lucidi is a Senior professional at EY, where she supports public administration with administrative tasks and helps create training programs focused on soft skills. She studied Law at the Master’s level, which gives her a solid understanding of legal matters. Benedetta is deeply interested in national and international public policies, and she is passionate about improving how organizations operate through effective training. In her role at EY, she enjoys contributing to the development of professionals and enhancing public sector performance. With her legal background and enthusiasm for public service, Benedetta is dedicated to making a positive impact in her field


Dr. Carlo Chiattelli is an EY Partner and project leader with a strong academic background and a time-tested track record as project manager and coordinator of complex cross-country services, notably in the fields of employment policy, skills development, social inclusion and education. He is skilled in Policy Analysis, Political Economy, Governance, Policy-making and Evaluation. He holds an M.Sc. (with Distinction) and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Jacopo Cardilli is a Junior Consultant in EY, contributing to projects that emphasize excellence and innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, providing a solid foundation in understanding global dynamics. With a keen interest in national and European public policies, Jacopo is dedicated to promoting effective governance and strategic development.
