Antigona Uka is the founder and executive director of the Kosova Center for Digital Education (KCDE). She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Central European University (CEU) Doctoral School of Political Science, Public Policy, and International Relations, with a research focus on the digital transformation of higher education institutions (HEIs). Her broader interests include digital education policy, online teaching and learning, and ICT policy development. She also occasionally consults as a digital education expert for international organizations such as the World Bank and UNICEF.
