Rimantė Rušaitė is a Senior Project Officer at the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN), where she leads and supports international research and development initiatives focused on innovation in higher education. With extensive experience managing EU-funded interdisciplinary projects, she brings a strong background in stakeholder engagement, systems innovation, and co-creation processes. Rimantė has worked across sectors to bridge academia, policy, and industry, contributing to proposal writing, research delivery, and capacity-building workshops. She holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University and is a Design Thinking facilitator with a deep interest in how collaborative processes shape more sustainable and inclusive futures.
